Carne Asada

Ingredients:

2 lbs skirt steak or flank steak

2 limes, juiced

2 oranges, juiced

1 bunch chopped cilantro

1 Tbl soy sauce

2-3 Tbl. Sucklebusters Fajita Seasoning

1/4 c oil

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

1 small white onion, sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, including lime & orange carcasses in a ziplock bag.
  2. Mix around & refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet to high heat.
  4. Sear for 7 minutes per side, & rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Slice against the grain & serve with tortillas & your favorite sides.
