Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Ingredients:

8 oz White cheddar Watonga cheese

1/4c milk

Sucklebusters SPG, to taste

1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

2 Tbl. Stola Stella olive oil

4 Tenderized Round steaks

1 sliced bell pepper

1 sliced sweet onion

4 Hoagie Rolls

Instructions:

  1. Combine Watonga cheese, milk, SPG and cayenne pepper in a small sauce pot on low. Whisk til melted, set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet on medium high heat, and season steaks with SPG.
  3. Sear steaks til browned and cooked through on both sides and set aside.
  4. Add peppers, onions, and more oil if necessary. Season with SPG and cook til golden browned and tender. Remove and set aside.
  5. Toast buns in same pan.
  6. Assemble by adding meat, peppers and onions to buns. Then top with cheese sauce.
  7. Place on cookie sheet and broil on high for 3-4 minutes until cheese sauce is bubbly.
