Ingredients:
8 oz White cheddar Watonga cheese
1/4c milk
Sucklebusters SPG, to taste
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 Tbl. Stola Stella olive oil
4 Tenderized Round steaks
1 sliced bell pepper
1 sliced sweet onion
4 Hoagie Rolls
Instructions:
- Combine Watonga cheese, milk, SPG and cayenne pepper in a small sauce pot on low. Whisk til melted, set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet on medium high heat, and season steaks with SPG.
- Sear steaks til browned and cooked through on both sides and set aside.
- Add peppers, onions, and more oil if necessary. Season with SPG and cook til golden browned and tender. Remove and set aside.
- Toast buns in same pan.
- Assemble by adding meat, peppers and onions to buns. Then top with cheese sauce.
- Place on cookie sheet and broil on high for 3-4 minutes until cheese sauce is bubbly.
