Picahna 3 Ways

#1 Individual Steaks

Cut roast into individual steaks, leaving some of the fat cap on each steak. Season and sear to your desired temperature.

 

#2 Whole Roast

Season with whole roast. Sear in a cast iron skillet, fat cap side first. Bake in 350*F oven for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 125*F. Carve into steaks and slice against the grain.

 

#3 Brazilian BBQ

Slice into thick steaks, and skewer together. Season with your favorite bbq seasoning and grill for 15-20 minutes. Turn over 3 or 4 times to ensure even cooking.
