Beef Cross-Cut Shank (Osso Buco)

These roasts are cross cut with the bone in. Wonderful for slow cooking!  Osso Buco means "bone with a hole" - a reference to marrow hole at the center of the cross-cut shank. This one is super rich & full of nutrients. Great for slow cooking.
