One quarter of a Beef will yield approximately 90-125 lbs of beef, and @ $9.50/lb, this is an economical way to buy in bulk!

$300 deposit is required and the remaining balance is due upon delivery. Deposit is non refundable.

What a Quarter a Beef Looks Like:

25-30# Hamburger Meat

6-7 Pkgs Patties (4 Per Pkg)

4-5 Roasts (chuck, arm and rump)

1-2 Short rib

2-3 Pkgs T-Bones, or a combination of strips and filets (2 Per Pkg)    

3-4 Ribeye (2 Per pkg)

3-4 Sirloin

5 Pkgs Tenderized Round Steaks

1 Pkg Stew Meat              

1 Pkg Skirt Steak

1 Flank Steak

2 Beef Cross-Cut Shank

Organs and other special cuts can be added upon request.
