160-200# of Hamburger Meat & Hamburger Patties

20-22 Roasts (Chuck, rump and arm)

2 Pkgs Back Ribs/ 3 Pkgs Short Ribs

12-14 T-Bones, or a combination of strips and filets (2 per Pkg)

8-10 Ribeye (2 per Pkg)

12-14 Sirloin

18-20 Tenderized Round Steak (4 per Pkg)

2 Tri-tips

6-7 Beef Cross-Cut Shank
